Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lougheed Driving School. By registering for our lessons and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure safety, professionalism, and a smooth experience for both students and instructors.

1. Student Eligibility

Student driver is required to provide a valid BC learner driver’s license, including foreign
drivers’ license at their first lesson to the instructor. Student must have their
driving licence with them during the training all the time.

2. Purchasing Lessons Package

The purchased packages lessons
should be schedule and completed within one year of period from the date of purchase.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling-Late Shows & No Shows

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson, we require at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise you forfeit the fees you have paid for the lesson. There will be no refund or rescheduling for any lesson cancelled within 24 hours.
If you are within 15 minutes late, you will receive the balance of your scheduled lesson and charged for the full lesson.
If you are late beyond 20 minutes, the instructor will leave and you will not be refunded for the lesson.
In the event of a genuine emergency, consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Policy

There will be no refund for driving lessons or road test sessions that have taken place.
Refunds will be paid for unused lesson(s) provided notice is received by the school 24 Hours prior to the scheduled lesson(s). The cancellation fee will apply to refunds requested within 24 hours of a scheduled lesson.
Processing fees of $20 will be applied on any refund.
For refunds on packages, lessons used will be charged at the individual driving lesson rate.
5. Pick up & Drop off

Addresses that exceeds more than 7 KM from Lougheed Driving School address or the following Skytrain stations will be charged $10.5
(Surrey Central, Scott Road, Edmond, Royal Oak, Metrotown, Patterson, Joyce Collingwood)

6.Individual Driving Lesson

Including instructor, maximum three person are allowed in the school car during the class.

- 60 Minutes Lesson at $60.00 (Includes 55 minutes in car lesson and 5 minutes of theoretical explanation)
- 80 Minutes Lesson at $90.00 (Includes 80 minutes in car lesson and 10 minutes of theoretical explanation)
- Road Test package-$140 includes 60 minutes warm up practice and car for the road test

7. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information.
Any personal data collected is used solely for scheduling, training records, and communication, and will not be shared without your consent unless required by law.
